Who I train

Athletes preparing for the next level

My primary specialties are baseball and football, and I work with male and female athletes across every sport.

High school athletes

Build the strength, speed, and movement quality to compete now — and the foundation and habits to prepare for the next level.

College athletes

Continue developing strength, speed, mobility, and athleticism with focused, individualized training around the demands of your sport.

Parents

Knowledgeable, professional coaching built around your athlete — with an emphasis on proper technique, gradual progression, and long-term development.

The approach

Individualized, not one-size-fits-all

Every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, and goals. My approach begins with understanding where an athlete is today and identifying the areas that will make the biggest difference in their development.

  1. Start with the athlete

Their sport, position, experience, goals, and the areas that matter most for their improvement.

  2. Train with purpose

Sessions are built around specific objectives. Every exercise has a reason to be there.

  3. Progress over time

Proper technique, quality repetitions, and steady progression. Consistency drives long-term results.

Sports

Specializing in baseball and football

Training built around the physical demands of each sport — and open to athletes in every sport.

Every sport is welcome. I train male and female athletes across all sports. See how training adapts to your sport.
